FlareAgent has become the newest tech firm which is trying to transform the real estate industry with softwares that help in streamlining the transaction process.
The company was launched this week. It was co-founded by two recent NYU grads, Rashid Aziz and Abhi CVK.
The co-founders created the platform with an aim to fast-track deals. The company claims that the software has helped Aziz’s father’s firm grow from just 20 deals a month to more than 100 deals a month.
The system includes digitized purchase offers, escrow documents, and closing agreements for brokers and clients. All of this is traditionally done manually via mail or fax. The FlareAgent platform allows making changes very quickly, eliminating the time spent fixing errors or changes. The only thing that the platform does not allow is money changing hands.
FlareAgent works on a monthly subscription model. The company says that it has about 100 agents who have so far processed more than 2,500 transactions.
Tech has been changing the real estate models in countless number of ways. Pacific Union’s Private View web portal helps in pocket listings while Home Bay streamlines listing and selling process through its online platform. The listings platform and brokerage Truss, allows potential tenants to browse space online. It was launched last month in Los Angeles.
