I am Romain Bourrat, 34 years old. I have been a hairdresser since I was 14 years old. It’s a passion I cut my brother’s hair when I was 10. After 4 years of hairdressing studies in Lyon, I went to Paris to @davidmallett, where I discovered perfection. I was able to assist David, during fashion photo shoots (Elle magazine, Givenchy, Lyv Taylor, jean baptiste Mondino…)
I came back to Lyon to create my family because there City is easier with children. I have 3 children. I opened my hairdressing space in Lyon in 2012, in a smaller business, and then in 2015 in an apartment where I am currently. I like hairstyles with a natural finish, I like haircuts that don’t require styling at home.
For me brushing should not be mandatory.
You have to respect the texture of the hair, and highlight it. A color is beautiful when it is subtly worked.I draw a lot of inspiration from nature, I do trail running in the mountains, which allows me to reconnect with nature.
I like the hairstyle with a natural look. I always question myself, tell myself how I can improve to do better than yesterday. Soon, I will launch my own brand of products (shampoos, care and styling)
These are products that are made in France, in the Rhône-Alpes region. We have been developing my formula with a laboratory for 5 years. These are very clean formulas, and ultra effective the brand will be called:
