Empowering Homecare Agencies with AI? HomeCare Bosses United® Launches CareGrowth AI™ Workshops
HomeCare Bosses United®, the brainchild of co-founders Sue and Enock Denis, is set to take the non-medical homecare industry by storm. Their revolutionary software, Caregrowth AI™, promises to help homecare agencies streamline their operations thanks to innovative tools—like automatically onboarding new clients and scheduling worker hours.
Although AI has numerous benefits, using it can still be challenging for some. That’s why Sue and Enock Denis are hosting a series of virtual workshops to help homecare professionals move from what they call the traditional model of homecare to “Intelligent Homecare Agencies.”
How CareGrowth AI™ Benefits Home Care Providers
CareGrowth AI™ represents a sea change in the technology home care providers can use to run their business from the backend. For many home care providers, administrative duties can get in the way of how much care they offer. They’re stuck focusing on scheduling, care management, recruitment, payroll, and other HR tasks.
CareGrowth AI™ is changing that by implementing AI-boosted solutions to smooth out each administrative task while making it easier to manage. For example, once on the payroll, CareGrowth AI™ can handle automated tax filings for the employer. A process that might have caused a small business headaches is now a seamless part of the software. Home care providers don’t have to be magicians working their backend software systems—they just have to let CareGrowth AI™ work its features.
However, CareGrowth AI™ it not just a time-saver. It can facilitate communication by directing alerts to the appropriate professional—such as sending an email reminder to an HR professional to approve a work request. It can also use AI to help administrators to prepare for meetings and interviews, streamlining the recruiting process.
These features make CareGrowth AI™ much more than a convenient scheduler or project management system. It makes everything that goes into managing a home care service—which can get in the way of the care itself—much easier to manage. The result is a cleaner, smoother, more effective business.
The CareGrowth AI™ Launch
Launching CareGrowth AI™ with a bang, the Denises created virtual workshops to help people learn about the software, with the first workshop held on August 4-8, 2024. The Denises taught participants about the current state of AI, including how it can reshape homecare business operations. By removing some of the business “busywork” from running a homecare agency, entrepreneurs can focus more on providing outstanding homecare.
The topics were comprehensive, covering everything from automating key backend business management systems, improving client management, using AI to market homecare services, and even using AI to help with recruitment strategies. The idea, says Sue Denis, is to make agencies more efficient, productive, and profitable—ultimately helping owners deliver better care.
The workshop already received rave reviews from attendees, many of whom already run homecare operations themselves. “Very informative,” says Julia Lynn. “I’ve loved everything you’ve shared with us so far.”
Others were surprised to see just how wide-ranging the information in the workshops was. And that helped homecare providers see that CareGrowth AI™ could be a potential one-size-fits-all solution. “It was amazing to see that so many systems are included with CareGrowth AI,” says Dawn Sosa. “That eliminates the need for multiple software subscriptions.”
Others loved the AI insights, finding it enlightening to see what AI could achieve these days. “We understood how the system works and the advantage effect it would have on the success of the business,” says Noma Sikuri Naisara.
The workshop was ultimately a success, partially due to the attention Sue and Enock have already garnered for their unique approach to homecare. The duo already has over 13,000 members in their private Facebook group. It’s a growing community based on mutual growth and support as homecare professionals learn from each other.
More Workshops: Systemize to Scale with AI
Another workshop, “Systemize to Scale with AI,” which was held on September 8-12th, has already garnered buzz online. The idea is to help homecare businesses not only thrive, but expand through the scaling power of AI.
“We’re not just offering another software; we’re helping agencies transform into Intelligent Homecare Agencies,” Enock explains. “With AI, these agencies can become more efficient, productive, and ultimately more profitable.”
That’s the goal for Enock and Sue Denis—but it’s also the goal of a larger community of homecare providers who are finally tapping into the power of AI to expand their reach. In a world where homecare is an increasing priority for better health, it couldn’t come at a better time.
