Hither Mann Teaches Wealth Education to the Next Generation of Industry Leaders

Transitioning from private practice to public practice is a leap many professionals are unwilling to take. Several factors can be said to be responsible for this indecisiveness, which includes fear of starting afresh and the level of competition in the new industry, to mention a few. But according to Hither Mann, everyone has a natural skill set or an ability to solve a problem, and regardless of the industry they find themselves in, their skill set can be useful in the most unexpected way. Hither is bridging the gap in a male-dominated industry, and her journey began unexpectedly.

In 2012, Hither participated in the national achievers congress in London Excel, where she was exposed to the reality that there was a lack of female representation on the big stages where business and money were discussed; this was a major turning point for her. After a series of conversations and discussions with industry colleagues, she realized that to make any reasonable change in the industry, she had to actively become involved. Already equipped with her success as an entrepreneur, she became the first female creator and educator on the speaking circuit internationally in 2013, and she never looked back since and has had tons of women join in a male-dominated industry. “My vision has always been to be that female leader in the business and financial world because it was so lacking in my life. I had no female role models whatsoever, and I genuinely think this is a major area of concern,” she explained passionately.

Hither Man is an entrepreneur, business coach, executive mentor, and the CEO and founder of Fortune Academy. She moved to the French Riviera, Monaco, of Southern France, three years ago to pursue her interest and passion. Hither has always been entrepreneurship and trading from as far as she could remember; she recalled herself already making money since 2004 and through proxy and financial trading after 2008.

Fortune Academy is the world’s first lifetime wealth education company, and the company is very picky in terms of admission of clients. The mode of operation is to interview every client before they join the mentorship or lifetime programs. What this means is that they often say no to individuals who are not compatible with the company’s culture of hard work and long-term growth of wealth and sustainability behind the process. “In a nutshell, we say no to individuals who have the get-rich-quick mentality,” Hither summed.

The company offers services that are essentially for everybody and considering the fact that Fortune Academy has a more dynamic and mature clientele compared to other wealth education platforms. The company caters to business owners and high earners in a corporate world who are looking to have more freedom or people who are looking to invest their profits through business or employment in a more savvy route. The Fortune company offers an alternative to its clients so they do not become the victims of the banking system or a fund manager. In her words, “Our target audience is usually a lot more mature than many other wealth education platforms. Our age group can range from the late 20s to our oldest client, who is 70. But the common theme is they are either business owners or high earners in a corporate world looking to have more free time and looking to actually invest their profits through employment or business in a more savvy route and not be a victim of a bank manager or fund manager in that way.”

Describing her reach, Hither said, “Since 2013, I have spoken on international stages on financial trading and wealth management and this has been up to 500,000 to date. This also includes my lifestream seminars, which have been more prevalent since the pandemic last year.”

According to her, she has spoken in many of the European countries about financial trading and wealth management for the retail audience. Some of her audience from the United States, South Africa, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia, have flown into London to attend her events and sign up for her mentorship programs.
