Learn More About Brad Winget, the Vacation Rental & Real Estate Expert

Brad Winget (CRS, AB, SFR) is a real estate expert and entrepreneur based in Salt Lake City, Utah. A Utah native himself, Brad has spent the last 24+ years learning the ins and outs of the mortgage, real estate, home flipping, and vacation rental business.

Brad is currently the CEO of two different real estate-related companies while managing his real estate and mortgage team and helping clients navigate through the complexities of real estate on a day-to-day basis. Brad has flipped more than 700 homes and has closed more than 1,000 mortgages and 1,000 real estate transactions that he has done personally or overseen, making him distinguished in his field.

Brad was also one of the co-founders of Paradise Village at Zion which is a first-of-its-kind, purpose-built vacation rental community in Southern Utah featuring 124 custom-built homes.

He is currently serving as the CEO of Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals, Utah’s Best Real Estate Group, and Utah’s Best Foreclosure Specialists. Brad began in the field as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Trillion Mortgage, and Associate Broker & REALTOR at Utah’s Best Real Estate Group. Despite this heavy workload, Brad is driven by the challenge of building successful companies and fueled by the satisfaction he brings to his customers through real estate, whether it’s finding them the home of their dreams or helping them gain value from their existing property.

Long term vision

To grow his brand and build something special for his wife and family to enjoy and be proud of. Something that his kids will want to join and learn from to create a “life by your own design.” Continue building his own personal real estate portfolio that creates a long-lasting residual income base. Help his kids do the same. Travel the world. Experience things that very few are fortunate to do. Help others create a better life through coaching and being a positive influence in peoples’ lives.

The most life-changing moment in his career

When the market crashed and he had to pivot from mortgage, real estate, and home flipping to vacation rentals at the same time, he lost $1,025,000 in a Ponzi scheme. The guilt and embarrassment that followed were intense, but he learned so much from it.

Brad loves sharing his knowledge and helping others be successful and avoid some of the pitfalls and challenges he’s encountered. He loves networking with other like-minded people, learning from them, and creating long-lasting friendships.
