Michael Baah’s Training Programs have become really popular. He was hired by Demi Rose Mawby to get into good shape physically as well as mentally after a personal setback. He has not only personally coached celebrities but has also coached upcoming stars in reality shows. He has worked on shows such as X-Factor, Love Island, The Voice and Britain’s Got Talent to develop the participants’ body and mind fitness.
Michael Baah was approached by some of the largest celebrity talent management agencies in the country to train and look after the wellbeing of their participants on the hit TV show “The Only Way is Essex” and since then he hasn’t looked back. He used his skills to develop his own brand “The Baah Code” and “Londons Fittest Couple” body transformation challenge.
Ghana born Michael Baah is 33 years old and has grown up in Hornchurch & have recently moved to Colchester. He has represented his school and county at numerous sports and fitness competitions. Those days really moulded him to become a better coach today.
Michael represented the Met in boxing and football during his 6 years tenure with the police. After that he started working as a fitness coach. He has gained followers with lots of passion and hard work. He has trained some of the best athletes, celebrities and influencers in London, Essex, and Dubai.
