Many companies went out of business, and people certainly weren’t buying homes during that time. But Moser had his new edge. Rain or shine, investors are always looking for the next big thing. So that is where he focused his energies, and never looked back.
“I think I pivoted towards investors almost out of instinct,” said Moser. “I definitely have my parents to thank for that. I am so grateful that I love what they do for a living, because now I love what I do for a living too.”
While property investors quickly became his bread and butter, the world gradually righted itself. Moser’s career took a steady inclined trajectory back to its former glory. In fact, he even sold 95 condo conversions over a three-month span. Now, he was selling apartment upgrades, condo conversions, investment properties, and good old fashioned homes.

From this success, investment companies and big ticket clients started to take notice of Moser. Soon, thus, again, earning him the nickname, ‘Investor’s Realtor’.
His resume of making good sales that are solid investments for his clients put him in the position to guide investors towards their ideal markets. Additionally, Moser uses data analytics, market behavior statistics, and other top of the line research tools to find the best properties with the highest ROIs for his clients.
