All these hotels have a combined room inventory of 500 plus rooms and about 25 food and beverage outlets.Rahul Wadhera firmly believes that this is just a humble beginning and is looking forward towards establishing a leading hospitality chain with international standards very much here in Dubai.

Rahul Wadhera has identified the Middle East, Africa and India as the key growth markets for his surge in the hospitality arena and has a detailed aggressive expansion strategy that is aimed at giving more choice to the guests with new destinations and products. Hence, he is looking at expanding the portfolio of brands across the region both in upscale as well as the mid-scale segment.
