The success story of an active duty homeless veteran who never gave up and is now inspiring over 200,000 people across social media platforms will touch your heart. This brave hero, Xander Neff has a truly inspiring story that he wants to share with anyone who will take a listen. He doesn’t want people to feel bad for him, instead, he wants them to be proud of him and to open up their eyes on the possibilities that could make their dreams come true as his has.
This businessman didn’t have anything handed to him, instead, he worked from the age of 14 in a poor household. Born September 22nd, 1993 he and his family were living in Summersville, West Virginia. His numerous jobs included working at the fast-food chain Dairy Queen, helping to maintain and run a Marina at Summersville Lake, and performing numerous tasks at a farm. His mother took on babysitting jobs while his father worked in the coal mines. This family worked very hard for what they had.
In 2012, at 18 Xander was in a big snowboarding accident which paralyzed him from the waist down. This was due to a traumatic brain injury. After physical therapy and learning to walk again, he decided to join the United States Army in 2013. He ended up graduating in the top tier of his company at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri as a 31 Bravo Military Police Man. Xander was selected to continue his training at Lackland Airforce Base in San Antonio Texas as Military Working Dog Handler. In 20114, after graduating, Xander was sent on a hardship deployment to Camp Humphrey’s South Korea for one year. Not long after, he got injured in a training simulation with Hypermobile Meniscus tear. He was forced to return to the US in 2015 to Fort Bragg NC. After knee surgery, he was medically retired from the army.
After yet some more hardships including being homeless, Xander hit the jackpot when a post he made on social media blew up. He simply made the post to inspire others and that choice ended up changing his life forever. He got a job in a traveling dance group and from there got discovered by a photographer who saw a future in him. After this positive experience, Xander would find himself modeling for book covers and magazines. He took pride in his hard work and wanted to take his gift to the next level. He started work with numerous different modeling companies that taught him all he needed to know for him to one day create an agency of his own, under his name.
Time went by and Xander’s dreams had finally come true. After learning all he could and studying the industry in which he wanted to start his own business, he decided it was time. He came up with the name XK Luxury LLC. and formed his first business, a modeling agency. He knew this would help take his own career to new heights. This also gave him a chance to work first hand with others to further their careers as well. He focuses on bringing together a great group of motivational people who want to be successful and who’s vision matches what his company has to offer. He believes in handpicking his team to ensure that it is the right fit for what he stands for. He’s had to turn down opportunities that have presented themselves as opposite to what he is looking for, he refuses to put his name on anything that he doesn’t agree with. That mindset is what makes his agency the best in the world.
