Lil Tjay & 6lack’s “Callin My Phone”, Lil Tjay’s “Zoo York” and Meek Mill & Fivio Foreign’s “Demons & Goblins” are works of record producers, Luis Bordeaux (24) and Non Native (20) who are supplying the world with great music artists like the 2020 superstars Fivio Foreign, Lil Tjay and the late-Pop Smoke. They are responsible for some of the year’s biggest singles in rap.
The duo gained success in the R&B genre with their work with Grammy and Oscar winning artist, H.E.R. ‘s debut album, “Back of My Mind” which held number one position on the Billboard Top R&B Album.
Luis Bordeaux was born to an immigrant couple and raised in the Bronx, NY. Music bought him closer to people of different communities and today he is using the same influences to weave different worlds of music together. From hip hop, jazz, latin, dancehall to EDM, everything touched and influenced this self taught music producer.
Non Native and Bordeaux bonded over their love for electronic music as well as the producer group, The Neptune. Today they are in absolute sync in their working styles. They enjoy working and learning from each genre artist and are present in the studios when the music is being made. Bordeaux says it is absolute fun to learn from each genre of artists and produce music that weaves different styles of music. The duo loves to experiment in all areas of music which is evident from their work file that displays works of different genres of artists from dancehall artists, R&B artists, to Rappers.
