Justin Winn Waller Winning in Life through Real Estate After a Torrid Upbringing

Unemployment and underemployment is a global phenomenon. It is more prominent in third-world countries, but it does not mean people in developed countries don’t face similar challenges, albeit on a different scale. Access to education and basic social amenities is a primary characteristic of every underserved community. But even if the education was there, the absence of a level playing field to compete with kids from privileged communities for jobs remains a major stumbling block.

In the case of Justin Winn Waller, his challenges were enormous because not only was he from an underserved community, he is also a product of a “backward thinking” community. As a result, he has had to spend a large part of his teenage and adult life detaching himself from the shackles of mental slavery his community had dragged him into.

Having experienced what it means to be stuck at a spot without a clue what moving forward feels like, Justin decided he was done being a product of that society. Instead, he realized it was time to show that something good can come out of anybody, anywhere, at any point in time.

Today, Justin Winn Waller is an entrepreneur, real estate agent, and owner of a construction firm with over 90 employees in over ten states at a time. Aged only 35, Justin, a native of Monroe, Los Angeles, is the youngest board member of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA). Justin excels in construction, engineering, and real estate; and away from his active duty on the site, he also has an impressive following on social media thanks to his YouTube channel.

As much as Justin may not be able to point to a specific event or moment in his life when he decided to go into real estate and construction, he, however, gives every credit to his environment. According to him, growing up in a small town where people had been conditioned to think small and live suppressed gave him an idea of the kind of person he didn’t want to be when he grew up. From then on, he started to make moves contrary to what was considered the norm in his environment. He therefore immersed himself into knowing everything there is to know about real estate and construction and, more importantly, detaching himself from the “small-town mindset.”

Riding on the waves of his success so far, Justin is committed to helping young people decide and change their lives, because looking back, he realized he wasn’t a product of his society; instead, he looked at his society and decided not to be a product of the “madness.”

For his business, Justin sees a future where most of his profits and earnings can be reinvested into real estate and cryptocurrency and, more importantly, establishing a consulting firm where he teaches other people everything he knows about building a company from nothing and building wealth.
