Disney’s Theme Parks will Introduce Hundreds of Vegan Options in Major Restaurants

Disney just made some major changes that is going to make vegans happy. It recently announced that its two U.S. theme parks will start serving plant-based options. At most of the restaurants within the theme parks. This is a happy news for all the vegans who had trouble finding plant based options inside the restaurants.

The two major theme parks where this change is  going to happen are Walt Disney World, Florida and Disneyland, California. Before Disney hadn’t announced the vegan options, the vegan park goers had to scour the Internet for vegan options inside the park.

They had to go for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. And their options were limited to an Impossible Burger-based loaf served at the Liberty Tree Tavern in the Magic Kingdom and vegan pizza in Animal Kingdom. But now they will have hundreds of options with Disney’s new vegan plan for the restaurants.

Most of the restaurants inside the Disney’s theme parks will serve plant based food from October. And there will be a plant icon on the menu itself to identify plant based food from animal based ones. Disney is trying hard to please the vegan park goers. From this October there will be 400 plant based meals available in the Florida Resort of Disney.

Disneyland will be a bit late to the party. And the park goers will see the leaf icon on the menu from 2020. This huge decision to serve plant based options at the major restaurants in the Disney’s main theme parks is well received.
