Bryan Henderson: “I did not expect this popularity”

Mr. Davies: I’m Paul Davies and today we’re joined by Bryan Henderson, a Chief Business Development Officer at inCore Capital. Last week he was brought to the center of inCore community’s attention after he posted his first video as inCore Capital representative. And we are very excited to have Mr. Henderson with us today.

Mr. Henderson: Thank you, Paul. Please, call me Bryan. Glad to be here with you.

Mr. Davies: All right, Bryan. Glad to be here? Are you sure? I heard that you are rather a non-communicant person and that you were avoiding publicity until this video.

Mr. Henderson: You are right, Paul. I never wanted to be the focus of attention but I suppose my recent video put an end to this. *laughing* And yes, I am totally sure I wanted to be here. It’s the first time I participate in such an interview and since I became kinda “famous” recently, I think that it is a useful experience for me.

Mr. Davies: I think it is definitely not the last time you are being invited to such events. What prompted you to record that video? Why you, of all your colleagues?

Mr. Henderson: Why not me, CBDO of the company? To be honest, it was a spontaneous decision. During one of our briefings somebody raised this topic and after a short conversation, we decided that a series of videos would be a great way to keep in touch with inCore community. In the first place, I was the one who incorporated this idea so I decided to be responsible for implementation.

Mr. Davies: You said a series of videos. So it is just a beginning and it is not the only time we see you on our screens?

Mr. Henderson: Definitely. I’ve already decided on topics for at least ten videos and who knows how many more there are going to be. I have an idea of making videos where I answer the most frequently asked questions.

Mr. Davies: That is just great! Looking forward to seeing you again. So, Bryan, tell me, are you a member of inCore team since the very beginning or did you join them later?

Mr. Henderson: I joined inCore team when it was just an idea. So I have been there while this idea was transforming into reality. It is just amazing to realize that you are a part of something big, something benefiting the community.

Mr. Davies: And a part of profitable business, of course.

Mr. Henderson: Money is definitely not the reason why I am with inCore, Paul. And it has never been. It’s easier for me to make money than to spend it.

Mr. Davies: This is rare and hard to believe, to be honest. I’m definitely the opposite person. *laughing*

Mr. Henderson: I am a dedicated person. I poured my soul into inCore Capital and first of all I appreciate the emotions that it brings me. Money is a collateral effect.

Mr. Davies: Well, it’s easy to say that when you make that money. But yeah, I understand you.

Mr. Henderson: I came here driving my 2015 year Toyota, not Maybach or Rolls-Royce so I really mean that. And it is not because I can’t afford that. Once again, emotions and the idea, in general, are what motivate me. I just want to be a part of this ecosystem, to do what I really like and contribute to society.

Mr. Davies: I see. It is just rare to see somebody being a part of such a profitable business, and I am hundred percent sure that it is really profitable. So yeah, be a part of that and not really enjoy any luxury.

Mr. Henderson: Who said I’m not enjoying it? For example, I hate flying in economy class so I always book the best tickets.

Mr. Davies: Well, it’s comfort, not luxury. Anyway, let me get back to what we are talking about, inCore company. What are the plans? What will we see in the near future?

Mr. Henderson: Now almost all of our energy is directed to the launch of our exchange, inCore Trade. We are doing our best to make it happen as soon as possible and honestly, you will be amazed when it’s done and gone live.

Mr. Davies: I am very prepared to believe it, Bryan. And definitely looking forward to seeing the results. And what about INC token? It’s the closest point at inCore roadmap.

Mr. Henderson: We are absolutely ready to launch it. The only thing that stops us is the delay in Ethereum upgrade. From the very beginning, we wanted our token to be based on an upgraded ETH network but unfortunately, its launch is being constantly postponed. If it doesn’t happen soon, we’ll stick with the current version but our team really wanted to be among the first in the world to launch a product on the upgraded network. Anyway, we will make a final decision soon.

Mr. Davies: All right, good luck with that! And considering everything that has recently happened in the crypto market, there is a certain sense of uncertainty. What can you say to those who are worried about the future of crypto?

Mr. Henderson: You call this uncertainty? You should have seen 2017! *laughing* There’s nothing to worry about and the future of cryptocurrency is bright. I’m not saying that bitcoin and ethereum will reach $1mil in a week, but nowadays the number of companies and projects in this space is constantly growing. Major companies are getting on board. Banks are getting on board. Everyone should be much more confident now.

Mr. Davies: That’s reassuring. And is there anything you would like to say to inCore community? Any insights, information you would like to share? Or just a few words about inCore future?

Mr. Henderson: Well, no insights for now. I am not allowed to do that, so just stay tuned and follow our social media. All the latest information immediately appears there. I just want to say thank you to every inCore partner. Since the very beginning, inCore community has been our lifeblood. We have an incredibly engaged community, both online and offline in cities globally. This community provides feedback on our business and processes, shares ideas, and helps us to improve. On behalf of every inCore employee, I thank you for this. You are our greatest value and we do everything to ensure that you receive the best quality services.

Mr. Davies: I am sure inCore community is also grateful for everything your team does for them. Thanks for your time and for agreeing to participate in this interview.
