An Interview With Roy Andrade, CEO of Cyber Boy Corp., Known for His Work Ethics and Leadership

Roy Andrade, CEO of Cyber Boy Corp. founded his private security firm on March 19, 2020 in the midst of a global pandemic and has been featured in a variety of news articles around the world regarding his business acumen. It brings us great pleasure to sit across a pundit known for his work ethic and leadership credentials in the world of business. Roy Andrade is a minority shareholder of three publicly traded companies, which includes Berkshire Hathaway, Macerich, and Wells Fargo & Company. Today, Roy is on a quest to become one of the leaders of the cybersecurity movement here in the U.S and claims to be working two to three consecutive days without sleep to ensure his dreams come to life.

Carl Vickers: “Here we are at Cyber Boy Corp. headquarters in Beverly Hills, Ca with the man, the myth, the legend, CEO, Roy Andrade. Thanks for welcoming us into your office and allowing us to interview on Halloween. All three major indexes, the S&P 500, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, and NASDAQ Composite, recorded the second straight month of losses, does that alarm you?

Roy Andrade: “No, not a bit. It would be brainless to sell a property I owned, because the value depreciated. Understandably, the real estate market shifts from time to time. It fluctuates. I flip raw land. I am always buying and selling, but, would never sell a vacant lot for less than I paid for it. That would be unprofitable. So, if stock prices are down then I need to implement the same principle I utilize in the real estate market. Which, is let nature take its course.”

Carl Vickers: “So, you are not worried at all about Macerich’s performance this year?

Roy Andrade: “No, not at all. The Board of Directors announced a quarterly cash dividend on October 29th of $.15 per share of common stock, and to my understanding, well I think I understand, will be payable on December 3, 2020 to shareholders of record. So, I am not going to press the panic button just because the stock price declined and start selling shares when I know that would be unprofitable. I think long-term as an investor. Never short-term. Short-term is considered day trading and I am not a day trader.”

Carl Vickers: “What are you then?”

Roy Andrade: “I’m a businessman.”

Carl Vickers: “It took you some time to answer that question.”

Roy Andrade: “I am sure I am a lot of things to different people, but a businessman sounds accurate and fits my description perfectly.”

Carl Vickers: “How can people contact you for private security services?

Roy Andrade: “The same way we scheduled this interview. By contacting my secretary and making an appointment. First consultation is free.

Carl Vickers: “Any updates on your cybersecurity ventures?”

Roy Andrade: “Well, most of that stuff is going to remain as confidential information for now. However, you can bet your bottom dollar that Cyber Boy Corp. will reign supreme in the future. I have to catch a flight and hope you can visit us again soon. Thank you for this interview, sir.”
