Entrepreneur of the Year – was founded by EY in 1968. EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services. They provide quality service in capital markets and economies around the world. It is the most prestigious award any entrepreneur can receive.
The award encourages budding entrepreneurs with potential to contribute. The award is one of a kind, given it is the only global award of such kind. The award is recognized across 60 countries and 145 cities.
The winners of the awards were announced on June 14th. The Entrepreneur of the Year, 2019, of the Mid- Atlantic region was unveiled in a special gala event at the Ritz Carlton, Washington, DC.
The talented group of winners was selected by an independent judging panel of previous winners, leading CEOs, investors and other regional business leaders. Debra von Storch, EY America’s Entrepreneur of The Year Program Director said – “There are many successful entrepreneurs in this world, but to build something truly remarkable, you can’t let anything stand in your way.
