Number One Business Strategist in Europe Javid Niazi-Hoffmann Shares His Insights on Scaling Coaching Businesses amid COVID-19

Any economy thrives on stability, but unfortunately, COVID-19 has left the world unsure about the future. As a consequence, businesses everywhere have taken a financial hit. Award-winning and renowned business coach and mentor Javid Niazi-Hoffmann has made it his life’s purpose to help clients achieve more income, more freedom, and more impact, and his services have never been in more demand.

“I do what I do because I want to make the world a better place,” explains Hoffman, who adds, “And the world certainly needs to turn a corner right now. Because of the pandemic, there’s a lot of doom and gloom and pessimism in the air, but there are also a lot of opportunities if you know where to look, and I feel even amidst COVID-19 there is a place for businesses to grow.”

As a mentor who trains individuals to become wealth coaches and make their own positive impact on the world, Hoffmann has often been described as almost evangelical in his desire to spread the word that any obstacle can be overcome and success is the birthright of all.

Hoffmann explains, “2020 has been the most uncertain and fraught year in living memory. Self-doubt, fear of failure, failure, and uncertainty is everywhere. Together, all three form an unholy trinity and conspire to make success seem highly unlikely for any business. However, COVID-19, as horrific as it is, is just another obstacle to overcome, and we can beat it if we pull together, stay positive, and dream big.”

Hoffmann believes the trick to scale a business amidst COVID-19 is to adapt to the circumstance at hand, be creative in your strategies to deal with a changing landscape, translate new business models, protect your clients’ and customers’ interests, and collaborate with influencers and other brands to ensure your business is exposed to a new and growing audience.

Hoffmann explains, “The digital industry has grown in strength during COVID-19, so use the platforms it has to offer wisely to help scale your business at this difficult time. Do not be afraid to take risks either. Everyone is super cautious at the moment, but if you think something will work, throw caution to the wind and go for it. The most important thing is to stay resilient and stay positive if you want to stay in the game. Everything will pass in time, so get busy building for a new dawn. And let’s never forget… Every new and challenging situation also brings new and unique possibilities and opportunities every time.”
