Becoming a lifelong learner is also essential, I always have podcasts or audiobooks playing in the background because I know it goes into my subconscious. Surround yourself with people who force you to level up, be open minded, and hire the right mentors. Once you do all of these, success is inevitable,” says Caudullo.
