There’s no challenge that’s too big or too hard for this beautiful model, and to help you get in shape and shed some of those extra pounds, she’s going to share her fitness routine.

  1. Work out as you mean it – Most experts agree that if you want to lose weight, then you need to do at least 200 minutes of physical activity every week. When you think about it, it’s not a lot to commit too, but it’s essential that you don’t just phone it in. Really commit to your workouts and put 100% into them.
  2. Drink lots of water – The 8 x 8 rule for drinking water is a great place to start. It means you should drink eight, eight-ounce glasses of water per day. Try drinking them before meals as it will help you to feel fuller and eat less.
  3. Eat healthily and avoid sugars – Eating healthy, homemade meals, and avoiding processed foods that are full of sugar, fat, and salt is a great way to lose weight. Try to focus on eating natural foods like fruit and salad.
