A businessman who has dealt in all types of businesses possible, David Nicolas Albanese is yearning to do more. He has been dealing with the buying and selling of real estate since 14 years. Parallely he has worked in all the other businesses from opening liquor stores, selling laundry mats, starting nightclubs, restaurants, pool companies, to landscaping, general contracting and more.
David’s mother struggled a lot for many years. Her state inspired him to do something beyond the obvious jobs so that he and his family do not meet the same fate as her. So David made sure that he achieves financial stability and freedom early on. He says, “I think what motivated me to get started was watching my mom struggle on a daily basis to keep us safe and to put food on the table.”
He remembers that his mom used to collect food stamps trading them for a smaller amount in cash at a local liquor store so that they could keep the electricity at their home.
Today, David has many businesses under his control. He can afford daily requirements plus luxuries for his people. Highfarms, the cannabis technology and cultivation company is his. Additionally he shoulders the responsibility of a large scale pool maintenance company along with his real estate business.
Now, David is looking at helping small entrepreneurs get hold of the market. He aims to guide them so that they do not make mistakes he and many other entrepreneurs have made in the past. David feels his guidance will improve the state of businesses and in this way he can give back to the people and society at large.
