Within a year, Hite Digital expanded to a team of 30 employees. JC, a selfless individual, celebrated the milestone on its anniversary by taking the team on a trip to the Caribbean.
By 2020, the world was engulfed in a global crisis that severely affected the economy and put many businesses in danger of getting permanently shut down. Marketing agencies suffered a heavy loss of 40% percent in revenue. However, Hite Digital was able to stay afloat.
Prior to the crisis, founder and CEO JC Hite sought ways to turn his growing brand into something unique. By implementing a franchise model, he was able to elevate Hite Digital to new heights that proved to be a wise decision. Throughout the pandemic, the brand has managed the impossible, maintaining its steady growth and staying debt-free. JC has also managed to retain each employee and maintain their salaries and benefits. Additionally, the franchises have managed to thrive and succeed.
The franchise model has played a significant role in the growth of Hite Digital, starting with six locations in Dallas, Phoenix, Miami, Nashville, Austin, and St. Louis. In six months, they have added more to make a total of eleven franchises, serving businesses from coast to coast. Although the locations are already a milestone in itself, the brand is currently on course to add more.
