Julian Latty Teaches Us That Pressure Creates Diamonds

Serial entrepreneur Julian Latty’s journey to success was not an easy one. Born in a small town in Florida to military parents, meant that Julian moved frequently from childhood, bouncing between Alexandria, VA, Naples, Italy, spending his summers at his grandmothers in Queens, NY and spent most of his time growing up in Virginia Beach acclimated Julian to the fast pace of life, one that he would continue through his adulthood.

Picking up small jobs from a young age helped Julian develop a strong work ethic and drove him to have the desire to continually work towards his goals. Starting out helping his father manage an apartment complex, to picking up gigs at restaurants and a construction company, Julian quickly realized that he wasn’t cut out to work for other people, and ultimately wanted to be the one to call the shots in his life.

Dropping out of college, and pursuing the career of being an entrepreneur was no easy decision for Julian. He was faced with a very difficult year leading up to this, including losing his drivers license and losing electricity in his house for about a month. Julian describes this year in detail, “I went broke, at times i didn’t have food, I got evicted from the place i was living, Baloo, my pup, was attacked by a person and was paralyzed with no chance of survival he lived, I was scammed out of at least six figures that year. I don’t wish that year on anyone, but I got through it. That’s what separates a winner from a loser. The nights you spend crying wishing the pain will stop, hoping that tomorrow will be a better day and all of it will be worth it.”

Years of grinding, not knowing when rent would be paid, and believing himself has forced Julian Latty down the path to success, as he currently owns and manages a multiple business across many sectors, including but not limited to operating a crypto currency farm called Micro Miner, managing an insurance agency, and manages two food trucks in Virginia Beach, with plans for expansion. Finding ways to give back with his businesses, Julian spent most of the last year feeding essential workers for free, all while generating good faith and helping those around him. Julian’s parents are in real estate and own land in rural virginia. After speaking with his parents about growing on their property they said, yes. The farm will be known as iCanna Farms, an extension of iCanna Premier CBD. We should start our first growth in 2022 sometime and grow THC once it is legalized in Virginia. Wanting to do more in health and wellness, Julian has his eyes set on the cannabis and CBD industry, where he is in the works of starting his newest business endeavor.
