Roman is a 26-year-old entrepreneur, born in the small country of Belarus in April 23, 1994. He was not like any other regular kid when he growing up; his outlook on life was different from others. While children of his age wanted toys and sweets for Christmas, Roman dreamed of a glamorous business suit as a gift. Growing up in the US, Roman’s favorite sports were football and track. Even though he was fairly healthy in his childhood, it was in high school that Roman got into working out. He would spend 3+ hours a day exploring the boundaries of his body and mind and would manage to break many records in bench press and squat in his high school and state. During his teen years, he did several odd jobs, including painting houses in Sioux Falls, working at McDonald’s and Service Master Cleaning Company, etc. Realizing he wanted more out of life, he went on to crush sales in every career opportunity he had. From being the youngest IT manager at 16 to becoming the top automotive finance manager on the East Coast while yearly doing 7 figures and more in sales.
Roman had always wanted to do something within real estate. He was inspired by his friends who were successful investors in the real estate industry. After giving it, some thought and analysis, he launched his own real estate company. His business did slack initially, but his never-give-up attitude helped him through it and his company is now one of the best in the industry. He focused on building personal relations with his clients and inspired his employees to work for maximum consumer satisfaction. He says that his wife, Olga, was his greatest supporter who stood strong behind him in his business journey. After years of hustling, he gained recognition, and he eventually got what he wanted the most, becoming a prosperous entrepreneur.
He states that not fulfilling the potential provided by God is his greatest fear in life. Today, Roman has emerged as a classic example of a man who worked hard over the last two years and went on to fulfil all his desires as an entrepreneur in his chosen industry.
