As the world slowly sees the conclusion of a centennial-marking pandemic, Northpointe Bank looks to expand to new territories, with bank executives Mike Petruccelli and Ralph Vitiello at the helm.
Mike and Ralph are the current company leaders for Northpointe Bank, a client-centric financial institution known for its home loans and retail banking products and services. Currently, the bank has eleven branches across the northeast region, but Mike and Ralph look to expand the company’s operations more over the next few years.
This venture isn’t the duo’s first expansion rodeo, as the two banking executives have illustrious careers to back up their lofty goals. Mike Petruccelli, who currently works as the regional vice president of sales for Northpointe Bank, has worked in various c-level and executive roles for financial service companies in the past. In 2007, he co-founded Maverick Funding Corporation and became the company’s President. His leadership moved the lending company to more significant heights, helping reach sales goals and run multiple initiatives that helped the corporation penetrate several new markets.
Ralph Vitiello, Northpointe Bank’s current regional vice president, has also worked in business leadership for a tested season. He holds a Business Administration degree from Morris College and later studied Finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ralph worked in various roles and levels in the financial services industry for thirty years. In 2005, Vitiello received the Businessman of the Year Award from the Italian-American Federation. Ralph also co-founded Maverick Funding alongside Mike Petruccelli.
In 2015, Petruccelli and Vitiello sold Maverick Funding to Home Point Financial, where Mike would serve as Managing Director for Retail sales. Not long after, Mike would join Ralph on the Northpointe Bank team, where the pair have been working the last two years.
Mike and Ralph have shared many years and have created a tandem that delivers results. The two banking executives have shared expertise in creating strong relationships with clients and partner vendors. They share the same vision of enriching people’s lives with strategies and financial instruments to help them achieve more or get out of financial hardships. The two share the same mantra, namely “bringing value and innovation to the people we serve,” which is also currently Northpointe’s tagline. The last few years have been a testament to that, both during their years in Maverick and now with Northpointe Banking.
Currently, Mike Petruccelli and Ralph Vitiello look to expand the Northpointe team, strategically opening up new satellite locations and growing their in-house team. The company is also currently deploying a remote team that will better serve its customer base and help push the company to the future of work. In the next few years, Mike and Ralph look forward to pinpointing strategic goals for company growth and deploying teams to meet those objectives. In addition, they have a big vision for Northpointe and its client base, hoping to become a driving force in economic improvement.
